Hypericum perforatum is a widely used medicinal plant known that it has high bioactive performance due to its special biochemical compounds in structure. The current study aimed determine the optimum processing parameters of extraction conditions constituents H. by ultrasound application and some performance. For this purpose, different variables namely sonication period (min), liquid/solid ratio ethanol concentration (%) were selected characterize best for perforatum. statistical analysis results revealed most effective factor on studied was increment level increased characterized responses until constant value. constructed regression models fit very well with quite determination coefficients (R2>0.906).
